Shara is a Qualified Education Professional (QEP) with training and workshops that earn you PDU credit hours towards the global CCMP certification.
Having experience leading at a high growth tech startup for nearly 10 years before becoming an entrepreneur, Shara is a TEDx speaker, a Forbes Contributor, and author of Barefoot in the Boardroom: Every Leader’s Guide to Navigating Change.

On a more personal note....
After enduring a tumultuous journey to pregnancy, Shara published her first book in 2018, entitled “I Still Want to Be a Mom”. She shares the hidden details of her 8-year journey from infertility to motherhood with the hope of inspiring women with similar struggles to live their dream. When Shara is not working, she spends time making memories with her husband and son.

Shara currently serves on several boards and loves making an impact in the community. A fun fact about her is that she has ghostwritten speeches for celebrities, CEOs, and other leaders.
